Krentz Schnauzers

  • Deposits placed to reserve a puppy are non-refundable, unless the chosen puppy becomes unavailable due to circumstances on our end.

  • In that case, you may choose to transfer your deposit to a future litter or request a full refund.

  • Once a puppy has been paid for and leaves our care, sales are final.

  • We encourage all buyers to be certain of their decision before reserving a puppy.

Pansy Pet Cemetery

  • Because burial services are customized and involve irreversible arrangements, payments for burial plots and services are non-refundable once scheduled.

  • If you need to reschedule or postpone a service, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
